To mark the Visit Nepal Year 2020

HE Mr. Yuba Nath Lamsal, Ambassador of Nepal, requests the pleasure of the company of all members of the Denmark Nepal Society and other friends of Nepalat a special programme on

Wednesday, 15 January 2020 from 17:30 to 19:30

at Asia House, Indiakaj 16, DK-2100, Copenhagen.

Programme:

• Welcome to Visit Nepal Year 2020 by HE Yuba Nath Lamsal

• Lars Gundersen introduces the evening and welcomes two exiting lectures

• Ole Ejnar Hansen talks about some of his best adventures in Nepal. Ole is one of the most expierienced Nepalese travellers and has travelled virtually to all of Nepal. See also his book "HIMALAYA - The Enlightened Yak"

Short break

• Søren Gudmann comes and tells about expeditions in the Himalayas and his great Everest ascent in 2005. Søren Gudmann is the first Dane at the "Seven Summits" and has been on a number of expeditions around the world. See also Søren's book "Top fever, the seven peaks in record time".

• A short presentation of Nepal's major touristic attractions and others.

• The evening will then be proceeded as an exhibition where there will be certain booths representing various attractions of Nepal, light food i.e. food tasting and drinks through the evening and we expect to thank you at 19:30.

• Thank you and Good Night

The lectures by Danes will be held in Danish
